Besides enjoying the lovely sunshine and flowers that come along with it being Spring, its CRUNCH TIME to get in gear for Summer.  First things first, with the rising temperatures we will want to wear less makeup , and clear skin is very crucial.  Going concealer-less is a no sweat for some, but if you have those unsightly "dark circles" ,  treating them now is your best bet.
