Ciara stunned on the MTV VMAs red carpet in Givenchy .  She paired it with loose waves with face framing highlights to offset the luminous gown.

Here's how Chase tells us how to achieve Ciara's look : 
1. The key to effortlessly sexy long hair is long layers. Ciaras layers are cut high on the head and left long around her face, these layers that border the face are enhanced with boldly painted sections of the tone best fit for the skin. 
2. Hand painted hair is the new ombre.. still keeping the roots natural sections are picked out and painted in different phases with several tones of Carmel blondes and autumn ambers to create a more custom melted effect. Color created using l'oreal professional and Redken 5th ave.
