Rescue Beauty Lounge .. Colors in Review..

Rescue Beauty Lounge - one of my favorites when it comes to nail care ( Ji Baek is so Fabulous!!) , I thought I'd make a list of the colors that I am loving at the moment.

SPRING 2009 Collection

-Locavore-

Confetti Carnival in a bottle.

-Look Rich, Be Cheap-
My mantra at the current moment , is my favorite of the three shades. The gold / purple combination is very pretty on the nails.. I'd wear my LBD (little black dress) with this color.

-Frugalista-

I suggest pairing this color (as a top coat) over a baby pink shade of nail lacquer ... I think it would make a impact.

Signature shades that have become staples to Rescue Beauty Lounge, but I still love them as if they were released today.

-Teal-

Inspired by fashion off the 2008 runway shows .. This shade of teal is very pretty. It's the perfect solution for a bold color choice without going too too dark ( with the expected black, wine, or dark blue shades) .

-Concrete Jungle-

Growing up in these Brooklyn, NYC streets - I'm no stranger to concrete. I love the cement-like color , its very haute as far as nail colors are concerned.. It's like the equivalent to a nude pair of 4inch heels - you can pair it with almost anything, and it will take your look to the next level.

-No More War-

I just have a thing for shades of green.. I don't know how to put it into words, but I love green on the nails..

-Bruised-

Okay, the word "bruised" is not the best choice of words for my next comment. But, I find this color to be romantic . I can see it being paired with a plush velvet dress while out on the town..





I love these colors below.. They remind me of spending time with my nephew watching "SpongeBob Squarepants". These colors are perfect for the beach , or for that weekend getaway to somewhere HOT HOT HOT !!!

-Starfish Patrick-

The perfect shade of coral. Can you imagine how great this will look on bronzed, newly tanned skin???? I can !!

-Square Pants-

This color is just self-explanatory !!! Its so bright and bubbly.. It just makes me want to smile..

-Bikini Bottom-

I saved my favorite of the three for last !!!!! This shade is so original.. Its like no color I've seen before.. I would wear this color when I need a little pick-me-up , I love this shade so much!!!!!
